Baked flounder
A tender, low-calorie dish that will especially please those who keep fit.
Ingredients:
flounder fish or fillet – 800 g
Provencal herbs to taste
greens to taste
tomatoes – 2 pieces
small bunch of green onions
lemon – 1 pc
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe:
Finely chop the tomatoes, onions and herbs and mix.
Skin the flounder (if you have a whole fish), marinate with salt, pepper and lemon, and leave for 1 hour.
Remove the lemon flesh from the fish and put it on a baking tray. Top with tomatoes and herbs and cover with foil.
Bake the fish in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
Serve the fish with a vegetable or other favourite side dish.
